Once you have decided to appoint Vivah Arts, you have a dedicated point of contact at all times in the run up to the event. Your personal event consultant will advise you on “on the day” logistics, conduct a detailed venue visit, liaise with your other suppliers and create a detailed project management spreadsheet and execution schedule that we will run through with you and then circulate to all your wedding suppliers and key members of the bridal party.
At the event itself, we ensure that each detail is covered, services are executed flawlessly and with attention to details and that everything runs as smoothly as possible. The end result will be a sensational celebration that guests are sure to remember!
